Sweet Sketch Wednesday - SSW#47

After taking the kiddlywinks fishing this evening, I had a chance to 'play' with my new stamps!! This ever so cute monkey(from Stampin' Up! Fox & Friends set) is the latest addition to my 'collection'. I was on a little bit of a Mother's Day card roll this evening and the cheeky monkey just jumped out of the pack and stamped itself onto the design...hope you like what I have created for this week sketch for Sweet Sketch Wednesday:)

Sweet Sketch Sunday - SSSW65

I've had a little bit of chance to create this evening during the last moments of the holidays...back to work tomorrow...boo hoo?!? So here is my creation for this weeks Sweet Sketch Sunday ...with SU Rich Razzleberry papers, ink and ribbon I had a lot of fun putting together a cute Mother's Day card...I'm not too sure if the photo gives it justice but I used dimensionals to raise the flowers, words and the ribbon. Hope you have a great week full of plenty of time to do the things that you enjoy:)

Our Creative Corner - Butterflies

Our Creative Corner Saturday Challenge this week was all about BUTTERFLIES:) I had a package of goodies delivered to my door with NEW Stampin' Up! products that I'd ordered!!! So of course I had to have a play with my new Razzleberry paper, ink & ribbon...which I have to say goes really well with my trusty Old Olive paper...a few punches here, brads there and wahhlah...here is my creative burst for the weekend! I think the champagne (with flavoured native hibiscus flowers-Yum Yum!!) and crafty cardmaking company that I had may have also helped with the creativity:) Cheers to you and your crafty fun this weekend!

Mercy Tuesday Sketch - MTSC68

Hi! The weather here this morning was just too good to waste...so it was a coin toss for a game of golf or to go out in the boat (How I just love the school holidays!) Decisions, decisions...so we went out in our little putt putt to explore the bay (and do a spot of fishing). We had an enjoyable morning out with the bonus of fresh fish for dinner thanks to kiddlywink 1 and kiddlywink 2....yum yum! After a relaxing day it was nice to finish off with a little bit of a creative burst - here is my Mercy Tuesday Sketch challenge for this week. Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge - SSSC63

Well...here is my latest Sweet Sunday Sketch challenge...after choosing the SU Ruby Red paper as the base...the other papers just 'happened'...the cute little owl from the SU 'Forest Friends' set punched out nicely using the large 1 3/4" circle punch....the Ruby Red circle was a little more fiddly as I cut it to fit with scissors - note to self...need larger circle cutter!?! All in all...it came together quite nicely and it was a fun sketch to do:)

Our Creative Corner Saturday Challenge - OCCC- Break out the Buttons

This weeks OCC Challenge was to 'Break out the Buttons'...lucky for me I received some perfect ribbon as a gift just yesterday from a friend (if only she'd known that I'd be needing it quite so soon) so sure enough here it is! The papers I've used are SU Old Olive and Not Quite Navy. The cute little dragonfly is cut out from a larger SU 'Friends' stamp set..a bit of colour and a few buttons..and of course a little arranging and rearranging..and here is the finished 'button' result:)
